Review
Got about 4 hour’s sleep last night (insomnia). Allowed self to dither early in day; mind was too shot to work properly by evening. Decided to get an early night rather than continue sub-par work this evening, and potentially have the tiredness spill over to tomorrow. Spent about an hour responding to comments on YH, which – while productive – wasn’t on the agenda (but now will be!)
1. Allowed self to get distracted; didn’t really get going. Will rollover to tomorrow (0.5)
2. Also picked up groceries (1)
3. Started this at 9pm, wrote up the summaries to half way through the 3rd day, and by then couldn’t parse a sentence, let alone squeeze my head down all the rabbit holes. Expect this’ll take more time than originally planned: will schedule another 2.5hrs to complete tomorrow (1.5)
4. Picked the brain of a friend; resolved some lingering issues (1)
5. Too knackered for intense exercise – will rollover to tomorrow (0)
6. The lack of sleep didn’t help, but I let it be an excuse to not get started ‘til late/half-arse the agenda/“I’m too tired!” Got 5/9 of the agenda hours done, plus an hour of unplanned YH productivity; so not a total disaster, but definitely not good enough (1)
