Summary
Be boring yet effective. One day at a time. Write more and ask more, let people help you. Take actual control of your time. At the beginning of the day, think about how you want to answer the growth questions at days end.
Looks possible overall but why is 3.1 such trouble? At 3.1.1 it sounds like you already know what you want to say so what is exactly keeping you from…saying it? And at 3.1.3 just set it “one comment per day” full stop and do that – if you need more reading for it, you’ll do it precisely because needed, what’s wrong with that? Are you trying now to do a full review of their full archives there or what? (If yes, then uhm, you really have more pressing matters to see to first and moreover, it makes ~0 sense to stall commenting at all because you haven’t re-read the full archive – did you catch something from Jacob here??)

I think it all boils down to not simplifying and focusing enough, which really isn’t limited to 3.1.
On Saturday night I spun and didn’t deliver this. On Sunday night, following some leisure in the afternoon, I felt overwhelmed by all the things to do this week, attempted to enter emergency mode telling myself I’d take a nap in the early evening, get up and work through the night. My body was smarter and I slept through the evening alarm to wake up at the time I actually want to wake up at. I exercised this morning and have effectively reset the schedule.
1. What did I spend my time on?
Saturday I worked on TMSR OS dependencies and asked MP about OTC trading.
Sunday I worked on the intro and items I’ll cover for my article about the dollar, which will provide context on my articles series about BTC.
2. Where did I ask smart questions? Where could/should I have asked *more* questions?
I asked about OTC and had my expectations brought to reality.
3. Where did I deliver on my word and where did I fail to deliver? What did I do to mitigate the fail and what do I need to do + who do I need to talk to tomorrow to sort the fail(s) out?
I didn’t do the daily reviews, nor finish the dependencies or draft I promised. I didn’t do anything to mitigate the fail. I need to obey my schedule and simplify my approach.
4. What are the priorities for today?
1. Today’s priorities are the TMSR OS dependency page.
2. Catching up on blog comments.
3. Working the JWRD pipeline.
4. Sending the message to musl already.
5. How can I better use my available resources ?
1. For starters, I can execute on the answers to this prompts from last week.
2. I have a financial adviser from Vermont meat-wot that’s going independent and is interested in our consulting to improve their security. I need to further clarify their requirements, but this could be big for us so will ask for feedback on our approach as it’s clarified.
3. How to price on consulting services. In the training the bulk of the fee is based on an hourly rate. How can we price our services based more on the value we deliver rather than the time it takes us to deliver it ?
6. What should I do *differently* for better results tomorrow ?
Actually listen to myself and my betters and calm down.

Upon probing, I got feedback on my approach to the rEFInd guy.
Ask about strategy for growing contributors.
3. Where did I deliver on my word and where did I fail to deliver? What did I do to mitigate the fail and what do I need to do + who do I need to talk to tomorrow to sort the fail(s) out?
I’m late again on this review, but not missing it.

JWRD sales call at 11 local time.
Send to musl list.

Yes! And ask plainly in chan those questions that got half-stated in those updates/other places, lest they just go unnoticed or forgotten.
Certainly. To give it a fair chance of happening though, you’ll need to state something quite concrete that you plan to try doing/not doing. Just the statement of the goal by itself is not likely to make much of a difference, not like it’s new either.

1. What did I spend my time on?
The day is a bit of a blur, but I met up with Jacob and in #o as well as catching up on some sleep the night prior, doing some shopping and publishing an article.
2. Where did I ask smart questions? Where could/should I have asked *more* questions?
I think I asked some smart questions in #o. I have more thinking about the questions to ask both myself and in channel about the different way(s) to move forward.
3. Where did I deliver on my word and where did I fail to deliver? What did I do to mitigate the fail and what do I need to do + who do I need to talk to tomorrow to sort the fail(s) out?
I delivered on showing up and being present and got my weekly review out around noon this time.
I failed to deliver on my plan for the week ahead. I notified my Master in #ossasepia about the change in plans. I could’ve done this a couple hours earlier. I didn’t stop to think, how long will this conversation with trinque go ? Tomorrow I need to make sure the change in plans gets delivered on.
4. What are the priorities for tomorrow?
Tomorrow I have a scheduled call in the morning, then work on my plan and publish it prior to 19 utc, engage in #o and hold meeting with client in the evening.
5. How can I better use my available resources ?
I can do a review of the questions I talked about asking in public, but didn’t yet ask. That process will likely bring to mind other questions.
Think about how to use the flu crisis to my advantage locally. Whether justified or not, people’s patterns are being interrupted. How can that help JWRD ?
6. What should I do *differently* for better results tomorrow ?
Get back on the time tracking. By more methodical in blocking time. Don’t let today’s progress justify laziness tomorrow. Build on today.
