- My primary task for the week is to review the python version of keccak v.
- First I need to read all of the material reference posts. The root node for this seems to be on ben_vulpe’s page.
- After doing the background reading, I plan to write my own version of topological sort. I know enough about V to know this is a necessary component. I read Stan’s algorithm a while ago, but I do not remember it, and I think I would benefit by trying to come up with it again before reading the source. I recall Stan had mentioned it was a good exercise.
- After doing the background reading and solving the topological sort problem, I will create a post explaining the what/why/how of V that includes the annotated source code.
- Tokyo travel post
- Twenty hours of saltmine work
- Finish reading the Odyssey
- Daily Spanish study
-
Pack for CR Flight on Saturday Oct 19th
– Get new guitar. - Setup apartment upon arrival

Sounds ok. Kind of doubt point 4 really but now you promised it, do it.
Why does Spanish get included but others don’t (guitar comes to mind)? In other words: how do you decide what needs to be on the list – are those things that won’t happen unless list-stick on your back or what?

I didn’t come up with a well defined criteria for what goes on the list, but I chose what I felt I needed to do this week that takes time (excluding homeostasis). I still am not 100% sure of what should go on this list nor how much detail i should put on the list.
My guitar is in CR right now so I can’t practice. I am going to get another one to bring there, which is a task that I’ve now specified.

The main things that need to go in there are, in order: 1. things I assigned to you 2. things you want feedback on/help with 3. anything else that takes up a significant amount of your time.
